Angel Hair Nests

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Angel Hair
  • 4 small eggs
  • 8 teaspoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of parmesan
  • Some fresh basil leaves (decoration)
  • Some butter or oil to grease the tray

Preparation:

  1. Grease 4 cavities of a muffin tray and fill half of them with angel hair.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce in each nest and parmesan.
  3. Carefully, crack an egg on top of each nest and put the rest of the angel hair on top.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC. When they’re done, place some fresh basil leaves on top.
