Chicken Parmesan Pasta

4 serves | 420 Cal (Per serving).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Ziti
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into little cubes
  • 1 can of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, chopped

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. In a big pan, saute the chicken bits adding the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  3. Add the can of sauce to the pan, stir, and let it boil for 10 minutes so flavors integrate.
  4. After that, add the pasta into the chicken sauce and mix.
  5. Cover all of it first with mozzarella, and then with parmesan. Put a lid on the pan, set the heat to low, and cook for a bit until the cheese melts.
  6. Turn off the heat, cover the pasta with more parmesan and sprinkle basil on top.
