Crunchy Chocolate Penne

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Penne
  • 300 g of chocolate
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Vanilla Ice Cream to accompany

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. When it’s dry, put the pasta on an Air Fryer for 15 minutes at 400 °F so it gets crunchy (you can use some cooking spray to avoid sticking).
  3. In a pot, pour the milk and add pieces of chocolate. Stir until is all melted and remove from the heat.
  4. Dip every penne in the chocolate sauce and place them on a tray.
  5. Put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve them next to vanilla ice cream.
