- 1 pack of 250g Roma Pasta Elbows
- 1 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1 cup of grated parmesan
- 3 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
- 300g of heavy cream (milk cream)
- Salt to taste
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Stir-fry the bacon in a pan. Don’t add oil; the grease of the bacon will be enough.
- When the bacon is browned, add the parsley and heavy cream, and mix.
- Add the cheeses and the pasta to the sauce. Mix it all well and serve.
