Elbows in Cheese Sauce


  • 1 pack of 250g Roma Pasta Elbows
  • 1 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan
  • 3 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
  • 300g of heavy cream (milk cream)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Stir-fry the bacon in a pan. Don’t add oil; the grease of the bacon will be enough.
  3. When the bacon is browned, add the parsley and heavy cream, and mix.
  4. Add the cheeses and the pasta to the sauce. Mix it all well and serve.
