Spicy Tagliatelle with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 400g of Roma Pasta Tagliatelle
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 spicy chile, thinly diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 150g of bacon, cut into squares
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. Stir-fry the bacon in a pan until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan.
  3. In that same pan, using the bacon grease, stir-fry the garlic and chile until browned. Then add the tomatoes and part of the cooked bacon.
  4. Pour the heavy cream, add salt to taste, and let the sauce boil for a few minutes.
  5. Add the pasta and mix it all.
  6. Serve and sprinkle parsley and some bacon on top.
