Tagliatelle Caprese with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Tagliatell
  • 60g of bacon
  • 3 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 200g of mozzarella
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Without adding any oil, cook the bacon strips in a pan until they are crispy, and then remove them from the pan.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the same pan and stir-fry the garlic until browned.
  4. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the parsley and mix.
  5. Add the tomato sauteed to the pasta. Crush the bacon strips and add them too.
  6. Add the other tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix it all well.
  7. Cut the mozzarella into little cubes and add them to the pasta. Mix and serve.
