Bacon Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of Roma Twists
  • 1 cup of cooked bacon cut into pieces
  • ¼ cup of grated gouda cheese (30 g)
  • ¼ cup of grated mozzarella cheese (30 g)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • A sprig of chopped scallion to decorate
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

  2. Melt the butter in a pot and add milk, gouda, mozzarella, and pepper. Mix and cook until the cheeses melt.

  3. Add in the pasta and mix some more.

  4. Serve and sprinkle chopped scallion on top.
