- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Jumbo Shells 
- 500 g of ground beef 
- 1 carrot, grated 
- 1 onion, diced 
- 1 celery stalk, chopped 
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro 
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 
- 1/2 cup of water 
-   Salt and pepper to taste 
-   Garlic Powder 
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella 
- 1 1/2 cup of tomato sauce 
 
					 
							 
		 
					
				
					
					- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- In a medium pot, pour the olive oil and stir-fry onion, carrot, garlic, and celery until browned.
- Add the ground beef, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and add the water.
- Put on a lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Then add half cup of tomato sauce.
- Stuff the shells with the ground beef.
- In a baking mold, pour the rest of the tomato sauce and place the stuffed shells on the sauce.
- Cover them with cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve.
