Bowties with mushrooms and peas

Ingredients
  • 1 package of Roma Bowties #3
  • 150 grams of green peas, cooked
  • 50 grams scallion, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 100 grams of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.

  2. Pour the oil into a frying pan, and sauté the scallion and garlic with the mushrooms over low heat. When they brown, add the peas, parmesan, cream, and salt. Mix well and let it cook for about 3 minutes.

  3. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve.
