Mix the pasta, tuna, celery, strawberries, half the peanuts, and avocado in a bowl.
Mix the lemon juice with the oregano, salt, and pepper in a cup to make the vinaigrette. Pour in the olive oil last and mix it all well.
Now mix it all together, serve, and decorate with avocado slices and more peanuts on top.
