Pasta Napolitan

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of your favorite pasta cut from Roma Pasta
  • 1 jar (350 g)
  • 2 tomatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Basil leaves to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a pot and stir-fry the garlic.
  3. Crush the tomatoes and add them to the pot, plus salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato sauce with basil and cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. Taste the sauce to see if it needs more salt or pepper. You can also add a bit of sugar to balance the acidity.
  6. Add basil leaves to the sauce and stir.
  7. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve hot.
