- 1 pack of Roma Pasta Penne 
- 1 artichoke  
- 3 mushrooms  
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced 
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 
-   ¼ onion, diced 
- 1 carrot, diced 
- 3 asparagus, chopped 
- 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half 
-   Salt and pepper to taste 
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
- 2 bay leaves 
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed 
-   Soy sauce to taste 
- 1 cup of grated parmesan 
 
					 
							 
		 
					
				
					
					- When boiling the pasta, add the bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and garlic to the water.
- In a pan, pour the rest of the olive oil to stir-fry artichoke, carrot, and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce into the vegetable mix.
- Add the pasta and cover it with parmesan cheese.
