You can also go for high quality fats like butter (real butter, not margarine!) and olive oil, they\u2019re not only tasty but also healthy. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Roast the vegetables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This is an easy and effective trick! Roasting the veggies in your recipes enhances both their texture and flavor. You\u2019ll unlock maximum taste, and the veggies will also look more appealing.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Let the seasonings settle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Don\u2019t rush to add extra salt or spices after tasting the dish while it\u2019s still hot.
