Bacon Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Roma Twists
  • 1 cup of cooked bacon cut into pieces
  • ¼ cup of grated gouda cheese (30 g)
  • ¼ cup of grated mozzarella cheese (30 g)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • A sprig of chopped scallion to decorate
Preparation:
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  • Melt the butter in a pot and add milk, gouda, mozzarella, and pepper. Mix and cook until the cheeses melt.
  • Add in the pasta and mix some more.
  • Serve and sprinkle chopped scallion on top.
