Bacon and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients: 
  • 1 pack of Roma Spaghetti
  • 8 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 250 gr of chopped tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
Preparation:   
  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Cook the bacon until it releases grease, then add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft and the bacon is golden.
  3. Add the chopped tomato and cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta and parmesan, mix, and serve.
