2. Mix your favorite tomato sauce with the pasta.
3. For the meatballs, take a bowl and mix the beef, egg, ¼ of the parmesan, lemon juice, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Knead well and make little balls with the mix.
4. Fry the meatballs in olive oil until browned.
5. Grease a tray or a casserole and cover the bottom with a layer of passata and half of the pasta. Place the meatballs on top and sprinkle with lots of parmesan.
6. Cover everything with the rest of the pasta and more parmesan on top, then put it in the oven for 25 or 30 minutes at 200º C, or until the cheese it’s gratin.
7. Let it cool for 15 minutes and serve.
