Pizza Pasta

 6 serves | 460 Cal (Per serving).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Elbows
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 big eggs, whisked
  • 2 cups of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup of parmesan
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  2. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  3. Drain and mix it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, 1 cup of pizza sauce, parmesan, and salt. Add the pasta and mix it all well.
  5. Grease a big pan with the other tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. Pour half of the mix into the pan, spread ½ cup of pizza sauce, and sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella. Repeat all a second time.
  7. Cover it all with the pepperoni slices and bake for 30 minutes until the cheese browns.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve.
