Shells Stuffed with Vegetables

 5 serves | 410 Cal (Per serving).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Jumbo Shells
  • 1 lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup of cucumber, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Italian Dressing
  • 225g of salami or ham, thinly diced (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Use a bowl to mix the lettuce, avocado, and the rest of the vegetables. Add the italian dressing to taste, and salt to taste.
  3. If you like, add salami or ham bits to the salad.
  4. Stuff the shells with the salad and serve.
