Shrimp Marinara Pasta

Serves 8 | 360 Cal (per serving).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Spaghetti
  • 1 can of tomato sauce (425 g)
  • 500 g of medium-size shrimps, cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 15 g of chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 125 ml of white wine (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a pan to cook the onion, garlic, and parsley for 5 minutes, until the onion starts to brown.
  3. Add in the tomato sauce and salt to taste. Stir for a few minutes so the sauce doesn’t dry out.
  4. If you like, add the white wine to enrich the flavor.
  5. Add the cooked shrimps to the sauce and stir some more.
  6. Mix the pasta with the sauce.
  7. Serve and sprinkle some parsley on top.
