SPAGHETTI WITH CHICKEN TERIYAKI

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 250 gr of Roma Pasta Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • ½ cup of honey
  • ½ cup of soy sauce
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into little pieces and add salt. Grease a large skillet and set it at medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6 minutes.
  3. Mix the honey, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and ginger. Stir until there are no cornstarch lumps.
  4. Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens. If it is too thick, you can add more water.
  5. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the chicken. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes so the chicken has time to absorb most of the sauce.
  6. Add the pasta to the Teriyaki sauce, mix it well and serve.
