Stuffed & Fried Jumbo Pasta Shells

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of Roma Pasta Jumbo Shells
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of frying oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain it well and set it aside.
  2. Use a bowl to mix the cream cheese, parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the jumbo shells with 2 teaspoons of the mix and close the ends to keep the stuffing from spilling out.
  4. Dip the stuffed shells in the whisked egg and coat them with the breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the shells until each side is brown. Next, put them on a plate cover with napkins.
  6. Serve them next to a sauce of your choice.
