1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Roma Pasta
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
Pour the olive oil into a pan, add the butter, and stir-fry the garlic until browned.
Add the shrimps and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, add the heavy cream and parmesan. Stir softly until the cheese melts. Add salt to taste and stir for another 2 minutes.
Add the pasta to the sauce, mix it all well, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve and sprinkle some parmesan and parsley on top.
