Tagliatelle Alfredo with Shrimps

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Tagliatelle
  • 600g of cooked shrimps
  • 1/2 liter of heavy cream
  • 100g of grated parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Roma Pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a pan, add the butter, and stir-fry the garlic until browned.
  3. Add the shrimps and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, add the heavy cream and parmesan. Stir softly until the cheese melts. Add salt to taste and stir for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the pasta to the sauce, mix it all well, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve and sprinkle some parmesan and parsley on top.
