Tricolor Penne with White Sauce and Tune


  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Tricolor Penne
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of milk cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • ¼ cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of chopped spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a pan to stir-fry onion, garlic, and spinach. Then add the tuna (previously shredded) and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Next, add in the cherry tomatoes, milk cream, wine, and stir for a couple of minutes. If you want the sauce to be lighter, add some water while cooking.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add the pasta and mix it all well.
