Beef Cannelloni Pie


  • 250 g of Roma Pasta Cannelloni
  • 2 cup of grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan
  • 150 g of ground beef
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 cup of beef or veggie broth
  • 2 eggs


  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Put the beef, onion, bell pepper, and celery in a pot. Cook until browned and then pour the broth and wine.
  3. Keep cooking until the beef is tender.
  4. Mix the pasta with the butter and parmesan. Then, add the eggs and mix it all well.
  5. Stuff the Cannelloni with the beef.
  6. Cover the bottom of a casserole with a bit of olive oil and the Cannelloni vertically.
  7. Coat the top of the Cannelloni with mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
