Broccoli Sauce

Ingredients

  • Roma Pasta (of your choice)
  • 1 medium broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Nutmeg
  • 100 gr. of Parmesancheese
  • 150 gr. of bacon
  • 100 gr. of ham
  • 1/2 butterstick
  • 1 onion

Preparation

  1. Boil broccoli with 2 garlics and salt (add the broccoli once the water is boiling so that it does not  turn black)
  2. Stir-fry onion, jam, bacon and broccoli with butter.
  3. Add milk, nutmeg and the salt to taste.
  4. Pour the preparation over the pasta.
