Christmas Beef Lasagna

 8 serves | 440 Cal (Per serving).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Lasagna
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup of parsley, thinly chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly diced
  • 3 red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cups of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 and 1/4 cup of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180° C.
  2. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  3. Pour olive oil into a pan to stir-fry the garlic, parsley, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir-fry the beef sauce and add it to the sauce and cook.
  6. Grease the bottom of a casserole and place a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of the beef sauce, and then a layer of mozzarella. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the casserole and cover it with mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese is browned. Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve.
