Cold Pasta Salad

6 serves | 420 Cal (Per serving).


  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Twists
  • 2 big red apples
  • 300 g of light cheese
  • 16 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 120 g grapes
  • 1 small onion, thinly chopped
  • Basil to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package, drain it, and let it cool.
  2. Peel the apples and into little cubes.
  3. Cut the cheese into little cubes.
  4. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
  5. In a big bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the rest of the ingredients: apple cubes, cheese, cherry tomatoes, grapes, onion, basil, oregano, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes after mixing and serve.
