Garlic Penne

Serves 4 | 380 Cal (Per serving).

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of Roma Pasta Penne
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package and reserve some of the cooking water.
  2. Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan and stir-fry the garlic until browned.
  3. Add the pasta and stir until is well impregnated with the garlic oil.
  4. Add the parsley, parmesan, pepper, a bit of the cooking water, and keep stirring. If it looks dry, add another tablespoon of olive oil or cooking water; your choice.
  5. Serve right away and add more parmesan and parsley on top.
