Gluten-free Carbonara Pasta

 3 serves | 420 Cal (Per serving).

Ingredients:

  • 250g of Roma Pasta Gluten-Free Spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 200g of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 whole eggs and 1 yolk
  • 100 g of parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a pan and cook the garlic for 2 minutes at low heat.
  3. Add the bacon and cook until browned.
  4. Use a bowl to mix the eggs and yolk with half of the parmesan.
  5. Add the pasta to the pan with garlic and bacon, then add the egg mix and the cheese, and stir well.
  6. Serve right away and sprinkle some more parmesan on top.
