Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.

Pour the olive oil into a pan and cook the garlic for 2 minutes at low heat.

Add the bacon and cook until browned.

Use a bowl to mix the eggs and yolk with half of the parmesan.

Add the pasta to the pan with garlic and bacon, then add the egg mix and the cheese, and stir well.

Serve right away and sprinkle some more parmesan on top.
