Mediterranean Shells

Ingredients: 
  • 1 pack of Roma Shells
  • 1 can of tuna, shredded
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ cup of chopped scallion
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil to taste
Preparation:   
  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Mix the tuna, scallion, bell pepper, basil, and olive oil.
    Let the pasta rest for 15 minutes and add it to the mix.
  3. Serve very cold, and add sliced olives if you like.
