Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta Spaghetti (500g)
  • 50g of bacon
  • 100g of cooked ham
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 spoons of butter
  • 40g of parmesan
  • 40g of goat cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 100ml of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the spaghetti as instructed on the package.
  2. Cut the ham and bacon into little squares, then peal and chop the garlic.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the bacon at medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry it all for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the bacon and garlic in the pan and mix it well.
  5. Mix the eggs (already whisked), the heavy cream and half of both cheeses. Season with salt and pepper to taste and then add the ham.
  6. Add the previous mix to the spaghetti and stir until the eggs thickens.
  7. Add the rest of the cheese to the spaghetti, serve and decorate the plate with pepper.
