Tagliatelle Al Limone

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Roma Tagliatelle or any other long-cut pasta
  • ½ cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the yogurt.
  3. Add the basil, salt, and pepper to the yogurt. And some lemon zest too.
  4. Mix the yogurt with the pasta while the pasta is still hot. Sprinkle parmesan on top and serve.
