Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.

Saute the onion in a big pan with olive oil for 5 minutes at medium heat.

Turn up the heat to add the chicken and the mushrooms. Let it brown for another 5 minutes.

Add the vodka and wait until the alcohol evaporates. Then add in the heavy cream and tomato paste.

Lower the heat and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
