Our history
In the 1990s, Roma Prince, S.A. continued its policy of investing in the best available technology, introducing automated equipment. Computerized, high temperature production lines featuring advanced technology from the Italian brand Pavan were installed.
The extremely high temperatures give the pasta consistent, unchanging quality while also ensuring total food safety.
Moreover, the high temperature production process crystallizes the natural starches in the core ingredient, preventing them from being released during cooking.
The result is a firmer, less sticky pasta. Currently, the factory operates two long pasta lines, one for short pasta, one for cannelloni, and another for producing pasta nests, with a total installed capacity of 8,500 kilos per hour.
All of this, combined with top quality ingredients 100% enriched Durum Wheat from the USA, and over 60 years of pasta making experience, ensures the exceptional quality of every product made by Roma Prince, S.A.
