Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.

Put the beef, onion, bell pepper, and celery in a pot. Cook until browned and then pour the broth and wine.

Keep cooking until the beef is tender.

Mix the pasta with the butter and parmesan. Then, add the eggs and mix it all well.

Stuff the Cannelloni with the beef.

Cover the bottom of a casserole with a bit of olive oil and the Cannelloni vertically.

Coat the top of the Cannelloni with mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
