Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan to stir-fry the garlic and bacon until browned. Set the bacon aside.
  3. Pour the milk into the same pan. When it gets warm, add the heavy cream and cheddar cheese dip. Stir until cheese dip melts in the milk.
  4. Add the parmesan, whisked egg, salt, and pepper, and stir.
  5. Put the bacon back in the pan and then add the pasta.
  6. Mix it all well, serve, and sprinkle some more parmesan on top.
