Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Don't cook for too long! It will finish cooking in the soup.

Pour olive oil into a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped carrots and celery, and stir for 5 minutes or until veggies get soft.

Add the chicken broth to the pot and turn up the heat, bringing to a boil.

Add the pasta, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.

Add the parsley and lemon. Mix and cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
