Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.

Use a bowl to mix the chicken with mustard, english sauce, salt, pepper, and curry.

In a pan, stir-fry the onion and garlic until browned. Then, add in the curry chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the carrots and parsley (you could add any vegetables you prefer, like broccoli), and cook for another 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Mix the pasta with the curry chicken and serve.
