Cook the pasta as instructed on the package and reserve some of the cooking water.

Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan and stir-fry the garlic until browned.

Add the pasta and stir until is well impregnated with the garlic oil.

Add the parsley, parmesan, pepper, a bit of the cooking water, and keep stirring. If it looks dry, add another tablespoon of olive oil or cooking water; your choice.

Serve right away and add more parmesan and parsley on top.
