Pasta Salad with Apple and Raisins

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of Roma Pasta (any short cut)
  • 1 apple
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 100 grams of fresh cheese
  • 2 tablespoonsv of mustard
  • Olive oil and salt
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. Drain and let it cool.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, cut the apple and cheese into small cubes, and the celery into thin slices.

  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and salt.

  4. Keep it in the refrigerator before serving cold.
