In a deep pan, pour 3 cm of water (around 4 cups) and boil it.

Add the pasta and salt. Cook, stirring regularly for 9 minutes; there should be little water left in the pan.

Sprinkle the parmesan over the pasta and mix. Add the tomatoes, chili paste, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and stir some more until it’s all well combined.
