When boiling the pasta, add the bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and garlic to the water.

In a pan, pour the rest of the olive oil to stir-fry artichoke, carrot, and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.

Pour the soy sauce into the vegetable mix.

Add the pasta and cover it with parmesan cheese.
