Preparation
- 
																Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- 
																Stir-fry the bacon in a pan until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan.
- 
																In that same pan, using the bacon grease, stir-fry the garlic and chile until browned. Then add the tomatoes and part of the cooked bacon.
- 
																Pour the heavy cream, add salt to taste, and let the sauce boil for a few minutes.
- 
																Add the pasta and mix it all.
-
