Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.

In a big pot, melt the butter to cook the onion for 3 minutes, then add the garlic, and cook for another 2 minutes until browned.

Add the mashed tomatoes and stir. Then add the vodka, heavy cream, and lime zest. Cook at low heat for 5 minutes and then add the salt and pepper.

Add the shrimps (peeled and cleaned) to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes until the shrimps are cooked.

Add the pasta to the shrimp sauce and mix it all well.

Serve and sprinkle the parsley on top.
